Trusted In-Home Care for Trilogy at Vistancia Residents

Trilogy at Vistancia is a guard-gated 55+ active-adult community by Shea Homes, set inside the larger Vistancia master plan in north Peoria. Construction began in 2004 and continued in phases for nearly two decades, ending with roughly 3,800 single-family homes built around two resort clubhouses, the Kiva Club and the Mita Club, and the Gary Panks-designed Trilogy Golf Club. Ativo Home Care serves Trilogy residents across the 85383 ZIP code with caregivers who understand the guard-gate access process, the difference between the Tuscan-style Kiva side and the more contemporary Trilogy West side around Mita, and the schedule rhythms of an active-adult community where residents are often on the trails or at the fitness center first thing in the morning. We provide companion care, personal care, memory care support, respite for family members, and home support so Trilogy residents can keep enjoying the lifestyle they bought into.

Our Caregiver Standard

Skill gets a caregiver through the door. Character is what earns them a place on my team. Every caregiver I bring on is held to the same standard as our Ativo Senior Living teams, because that is the standard a family deserves when they open their door to us. The people who make it through are the people I would want caring for my own parents.

Why Ativo

Why Families in Trilogy at Vistancia Choose Ativo

Families at Trilogy at Vistancia choose Ativo Home Care because we are connected to the same Arizona senior care network that operates Ativo Senior Living. Founded by Bryan Ziebart, that network has direct relationships with Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West (the nearest acute-care hospital to Trilogy) and Banner Boswell in Sun City (the regional N.I.C.H.E.-designated geriatric facility). Trilogy residents tend to be early retirees in good health who value independence and privacy, which makes home care a particularly good fit; the alternative is often a move that disrupts a carefully chosen lifestyle. Our care model is designed to support that lifestyle. Caregivers are matched for continuity rather than rotated, gate access is coordinated in advance, and scheduling flexes for snowbird seasons. We help with bathing, dressing, medication management, transportation to Kiva or Mita amenities, and meal preparation, all at a transparent flat hourly rate with full long-term care insurance assistance.

Many Trilogy residents are early retirees in good overall health who use home care to extend independence by years rather than as a replacement for a facility. With Trilogy home values typically in the $400,000 to over $1.5 million range, families often prefer the financial flexibility of in-home care over the larger lifestyle and financial trade-offs of relocating. Our Community

The Trilogy at Vistancia Senior Community We Serve

Trilogy at Vistancia is organized around two resort clubs that anchor the social and fitness life of the community. The Kiva Club, on the original (eastern) Trilogy side, is the larger of the two at roughly 35,000 square feet, designed by architect Bing Hu, with an indoor lap pool, outdoor resort pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with aerobics and yoga studios, billiards, library, hobby studios, the Alvea Spa, and Cafe Solaz for casual dining. The Mita Club, on the newer Trilogy West side, has its own pool, large fitness center and movement studio, an arts studio, a culinary studio, bocce and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge area built around the Shallow Well bar and Market Place cafe. The Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia is a Gary Panks-designed 7,300-yard championship course that was recognized by Golf Digest with a 5-star rating. Unlike some 55+ communities, Trilogy golf is operated as a daily-fee public course rather than a private club; residents pay as they play at a preferred rate. The community sits in the Sonoran foothills about 25 minutes northwest of Phoenix and about 8 miles north of Sun City West, with quick access to Lake Pleasant Regional Park.

5 out of 5 stars
I cannot recommend Gabby and her team highly enough. They became a vital part of my dad's care team and an important advocate for him and extension of our family in the last several years of his life. From home health care to accompanying us to doctors appointments to keeping me company in the ER during several hospitalizations to private care in an assisted living home, Gabby's team was caring, thoughtful and proactive during some very challenging circumstances and also provided essential companionship as well. Call Gabby and her team! You and your loved one will be so grateful to have them in your life, as Dad and I did. Thank you Gabby, I never could have cared for dad alone.
