PebbleCreek was developed by Robson Communities and opened in the late 1990s as one of the first resort-style active adult communities in the West Valley. The community spans over 3,800 acres and includes two championship golf courses designed by the Golf Group: Eagle's Nest and Tuscany Falls. The Creative Arts Center is a 36,000 square foot facility with studios for ceramics, stained glass, woodworking, painting, and photography. The Tuscany Falls Clubhouse features a full restaurant, ballroom, fitness center, indoor pool, and outdoor resort pool. The Eagle's Nest Clubhouse offers a second fitness center, spa, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. PebbleCreek has over 100 chartered clubs ranging from hiking and cycling to genealogy and astronomy. The community is located off Pebble Creek Parkway near Estrella Parkway in Goodyear, with direct access to Interstate 10 and Loop 303. Fry's Marketplace, Safeway, and medical offices are within a five-minute drive. Abrazo West Campus, the nearest full-service hospital, is about 5 minutes east on McDowell Road.
